A house that works
Hermione’s House is a self-contained 100 m² home in Vrontados, a few minutes outside Chios town. It has two bedrooms, a separate living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom.
It is built for living, not just for photographs: a washing machine, oven and fridge, air conditioning throughout, free Wi-Fi, towels and linen ready when you arrive.
A balcony, a veranda and a garden give your day an outdoor room, and your parking space is right in front of the house — useful if you plan to explore the island by car.

Vrontados and Chios
Vrontados is a lived-in seaside village north of Chios town, known across Greece for its Easter rocket war. It is a place where people actually live: bakeries, cafés, fish tavernas and neighbours who greet you.
With the house as your base and a car, Chios opens up: the medieval mastic villages and Pyrgi, Emporios, Anavatos, Nea Moni, the northern beaches and the town market. We send personal suggestions before you arrive.
We do not quote distances or travel times before confirming them.

Do we get the whole house?+
Yes. It is a self-contained 100 m² home with two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and one bathroom, exclusively for your party.
How many guests can stay?+
Up to 5 guests in total (adults and children) plus 1 infant. Up to 3 children; with 3 children, up to 2 adults. Two children sleep in the bunk bed and one on the sofa.
Is there parking?+
Yes, free private parking on site. Exact access instructions are sent with your confirmation.
Are pets allowed?+
Yes, at no extra charge. Please mention it in the booking notes so we can prepare.
How do I pay?+
By bank transfer. After your booking is created you receive secure payment instructions with your code, the deposit amount and the deadline. We never ask for card details.
What about breakfast?+
You will find a selection of breakfast items in the fridge at no extra charge — they are included in the price. We provide the breakfast items for you to prepare yourselves; there is no serving service.
What if my plans change?+
Deposit, balance and cancellation terms are shown in the booking summary and you accept them before the booking is created. Booking.com terms do not carry over here.
